Self-Initiated brief:
Solution: Anna

The two nights at hospital were possibly the longest two nights of my life. An elderly person in a bed beside me was quite loud most of the time, which made it difficult for me to rest. She used to bang the side of her bed wanting to get out and seeking attention. She is very frail and small her name is Anna she is 81 years old, Anna touched me and I will never forget her. Anna was a lonely person whom rarely had visitors, which made me feel quite sorry for her and afraid of growing old. Anna entertained me throughout my duration in the hospital, sometimes I didn't know weather to laugh or cry as I was recovering. After taking note of what Anna was saying, I had a set of very interesting conversations and recordings. Anna's words will live forever!

My reason for keeping the colour of the text very subtle was, Anna said many things but she was mostly ignored or not heard. The words in the white background emphasise what Anna kept saying, the speech in light blue is purely Anna speaking. My reason for choosing the typeface frutiger was because it's used for the National Health Service.
